Michael C. Brown is an attorney who specializes in creditors’ rights and construction law. In 1988 he founded Master Credit Consultants, Inc. — MCC/LienMaster — a firm that protects creditors’ lien rights throughout North America, and he serves as its President and General Counsel.
Mr. Brown has overall responsibility for the filing of Preliminary Notices, Mechanic’s Liens and Bond Claims across the country, as well as the collection of delinquent accounts for MCC clients, and he provides legal advice on a regular basis. He is knowledgeable regarding the lien laws of all 50 states, D.C. and Canada.
Mr. Brown received his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. He is a frequent lecturer on creditors’ rights and is a member of the Commercial Law League of America.
